8 Ball Pool Guideline hack need:
First of all you will need Mozilla Firefox or Chrome browser (tested on Firefox).
Second you have to download Cheat Engine by clicking here . If this link doesn't work, you can download the latest version from its official site http://www.cheatengine.org/

Instructions to hack Guidelines:
Almost there. Follow these easy steps to hack the guidelines.
1. Install Cheat Engine.
2. Open 8 Ball Pool up to lobby.
3. Open Cheat Engine and click the small PC icon on the top left corner.
4. Select "FlashPlayerPlugin" for firefox in windows 7 or "plugin-container.exe" for XP users. If you are using Google Chrome, select "Chrome.exe" and click Open.

5. Change Value Type to "array of byte".

6. Paste this code and click First Scan.
    E0 FF FF FF 7F 9A 99 99 99 99 99 C9 3F
7. Now select all values appeared in the left side and click small red arrow on the bottom right corner.
8. Select the values from bottm box right click->Change Record->Value
9. Now change the value to this code
    E0 FF FF FF 7F 9A 99 99 99 99 99 B9 3F
10. Now check all the small boxes.
11. Back to 8 ball pool. Lets play ;)
